Future Education is about Disruption and Super Learning.

By 2020, Gen Z and Alpha Gen will combine for 1.86 Billion people globally. Both of these groups are transforming the traditional world of education by using technology and embracing mega online content.

Gen Z

Generation Z, born between 1995 – 2009 are driving a significant change in educational content and how they are accessing learning information.

Gen Z’s are the most significant disruptor to traditional education because they started their modern education from the day they were born. Technology is their digital birthright.

By 2020, Gen Z will account for 40% of the world’s consumers.

They are adept researchers, self-educated, agile learners and don’t know a world without technology.

In the US, Gen Z receive approx $16,90 weekly allowance which translates to a (US) $44 Billion.

Alpha Gen

Alpha Gens are the future generation of learning. They will reinvent educational content and the way it is accessed.

Alpha Gen will dictate what content is relevant to their learning as the skills gap required for their future is completely different to any generation before them.

Their digital birthright is Artificial Intelligence. 

In the next 3 years and beyond, Alpha’s will start using AI in their daily learning activities, challenging existing platforms like social media, eCommerce and inventing solutions for a completely new workforce.

By 2030, artificial intelligent learning will replace all the grunt work needed for humans to focus on more Design Led career pathways.
